If you’ve ever walked amidst 500+ year old eucalypts, you’ll know the transcendental feeling that it brings with it – looking up into the twisting branches, spotting birds hidden amongst the leaves. With this artwork, I aimed to represent an aspect of this feeling, with the hidden birds and other small motifs that you would see on a walk along the river track or in Inverleigh – such as the Inverleigh Spider Orchid, which is only found in Inverleigh.
